VNX Refund & Returns Policy

At VNX, we stand behind the products we sell and aim to provide excellent customer service.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided that:

* The item is unused and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are included.
* Proof of purchase is provided.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The item must be unused and in resalable condition.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the description provided, please contact us as soon as possible. We may offer:

* A replacement product
* A repair
* A refund

in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

* Products damaged through misuse or neglect
* Products that have been modified
* Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by VNX.
