* Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
* Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

* Metro areas: 2–7 business days
* Regional areas: 3–10 business days
* Remote areas: 5–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

VNX is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

* Courier or freight company delays
* Extreme weather events
* Public holidays
* Natural disasters
* Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be redirected or re-sent due to incorrect details.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and order details so we can investigate and assist.

Authority to Leave

Where a courier offers an Authority to Leave option, parcels left at the delivery address are at the customer’s risk once delivered.

International Shipping

Currently, VNX ships within Australia only unless otherwise arranged.
